Method :

• If you observe closely, there are few wires which doesn't have any resistors connected across it

       Which means that the potential is same throughout the wire

• I.e. across D and C, the 2 resistors are connected in parallel and similarly  resistors between E and F are connected parallel

• After this, you just add up the resistances in parallel and series accordingly
