Now, height of cylinder = 4 × radius of base of cylinder⇒ h = 4 r    .....1

Total surface area of cylinder = 1540 cm2

⇒2π r(  h + r) = 1540

⇒2×227×r (4r + r) = 1540      

using 1   ⇒447 × 5 r^2 = 1540

⇒r^2 = 1540 × 744 × 5 = 49

⇒r = 7 cm ,

now, from 1, we get h = 4 × 7 = 28 cm.
