Let the radius of the cylinder be r.

Given: height is 4r

Total surface area of cylinder: 2πrh+2πr²= 2πr(4r)+2πr² =8πr²+2πr²= 10πr²

Given: 10πr²=1540

⟹r ² = 154/π

Using π≈ 22/7

r²= 154/22/7

= 154×7/22= 49

⟹r=7cm

Therefore, height = 4×7cm= 28cm

I hope this will help you.✌️
