Total surface area of cubiod = 2( l b + b h +hl) where l, b, h are length, breadth, height respectively.
So Now Total surface area =2(a*2a+2a*3a+a*3a)
=2(2a²+6a²+3a²)
=2(11a²)
=22a²
therefore,the total surface area of cuboid of dimensions a*2a*3a=22a²
