Here is the answer:-
we know that:
total surface area of a sphere = 4πr²
which is total curved surface area of sphere.
=> total surface area of hemisphere
= 1/2 of the curved surface area of sphere + area of circle
=> 4πr² / 2 + πr² = 2πr²+ πr²
=> 3πr²
