GIVEN :-

Total Capacity of a Tank = 200L

Present = 60% Full of Water.

Tank is Now = 35% Full.

TO FIND :-

The Quantity of Water Tank.

SOLUTION :-

Capacity of Tank = 200L

It is Filled up to

= 60% of 200L

= 60/100 × 200

= 120L

Present % Left

= 35% of 200L

= 35/100 × 200

= 70L

Amount of Water taken Out

= 120L - 70L

= 50L

So,

50/200L × 100

= 25% of Total Capacity.
