Tourists went on horseback from the camp site at 10 o'clock and stopped at the halt at 13 o'clock. Before they reached the halt they covered 39 km. At what speed did the tourists go.

13-10 = 3 hours on the way
39/3 = 13km / h speed of tourists

Speed = Distance / Time

Distance = 39 km

Time = 13.00 - 10.00 = 3 hrs

Speed = 39 / 3

= 13 km/h
