let the angles be x and x

therefore

x+x+130+70=360

2x+200=360

2x=160

x=160/2

The measure of these two angles is 80°

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the two equal angles be x

Two angles of a quadrilateral are 70 degree and 130 degree

Sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360°

So, 70+130+x+x=360

200+2x=360

2x=160

x=\frac{160}{2}=80

Hence The measure of these two angles is 80°
