Yes; as two sides and the perimeter of one triangle are respectively three times the corresponding sides and the perimeter of the other triangle, so the third side of one triamgle is also three times the corresponding side of the other triangle and thus all the three sides of one triangle are three times the corresponding sides of the other triangle.
