1)P-N junction diode are made of p and n type semiconductor.
2)P is rich in holes and N is rich in electrons.
3)As we know the movement of charge carriers take place from higher concentration to lower concentration therefore holes move from p to n and electrons move from n to p leaving behind immobile charge carriers near the junction.
