I'm not sure but,

Angle TOQ= 120

since angle TOQ and anle TOP are supplementary,

Angle TOP= 60.

OP is perpendicular to TP. ( Radius is perpendicular to tangent.)

therefore, angle OPT= 90.

In triangle OPT,

sin 60= TP/10

√3/2=TP/10

10√3/2=TP

therefore TP= 5√3.cm

Now, using pythagoras theorem, in triangle OPT,

we get OP=4√3/3cm

Therefore the length of chord is 8√3/3 cm
