Babur Career

1. Babur was the descendant of Chengis Khan from his mother side and Timur Lang from his father side.
2. Babur's father was the chief of Farghana, a small state in Central Asia.
3. Babur lost his father when he was only 11 years old.
4. His relatives deprived him of jis jagir and Babur had to roam about for several years.
5. Even then he dreamt of becoming the master of Central Asia.
6. His repeated attempts to achieve his aim failed.
7. However he captured Kabul in 1504 CE and became his ruler.
