Before 1990 in India centre state relation particularly ruled by Congress Government. They controlled political social economical administrative departments. There were many regionals parties also but Congress was the head and nationalized party over all. But after 1990 the situation was changed. Many parties came. So Congress lost their position, also different states have different Government. They control their areas. So we can see that there little conflict relation central-state.
