Jahangir also known as Salim was comparatively a non agrresive or competent ruler as compared to Aurangzeb . Aurangzeb killed all his brothers and changed the entire administration and Jahangir won more wars as compared to Aurangzeb . he also lost in guerrilla war against Marathas ( Shivaji ) . as such there were no major administrative changes but like he insured the no. of people collecting tax and also increased time period of the particular post . so if once a man got his post there were no chances of him getting the post again . so this lead to corruption in his empire. he exploited the vast revenues of his empire
