Trade regulation and wild life act :

This wildlife act was established in the year of 1972 by the government of India and this act is applicable in the entire India except Jammu and Kashmir. This act is about protecting the species and also ministry has banned the display and sale of 158 species in the country. Government has made the mandatory appointment of fisheries expert on full time basis that will check the health of fishes in the fish tank.
