13 . let the angle1 be 4x

angle 2 be 5x

angle 3 be 9x

as we know sum of all the angles of triangle is 180°

therefore,

angle 1 + angle 2 + angle 3 = 180°

4x + 5x + 9x = 180°

so 18x = 180°

x = 10 °

therefore angle 1 is 4x = 4 × 10 = 40°

angle 2 is 5x = 5 × 10 = 50°

angle 3 is 9x = 9× 10 = 90°

14. LET the cost of TV is x

given cost of Ac is 5x..

also ..

cost of Tv + cost of Ac = 36000

x + 5x = 36000

6x = 36000

x = 6000

so cost of tv = x = 6000 rupees

cost of ac = 5x = 5× 6000 = 30,000 rupees
