Relative speed of trains=(30+20)=50m/s.Inorder to cross each other the trains have to cross relative distance=120+130=250m.

The time taken in covering this distance=250/50=5s.
Answer : 5 second

Answer:

5 Seconds

Step-by-step explanation:

When they cross each other and lie with both their backs at a common point their total length is 130+ 120 = 250m

Similarly both their velocities are 20+30=50m/s

As Speed = Distance/ Time

Time=250/50

        = 5 seconds

Which also happens to be your answer
