I'll tell you the conversion in steps.
1-> Convert aldehyde into primary alcohol by reduction using LiAlH4 or any other suitable reagent.
2-> To that primary alcohol add SOCl2 (thionyl chloride) to convert it to primary alkyl chloride.
3-> the alkyl halide is then made to react with NH3 (ammonia) so that it undergoes Nucleophilic Substitution Reaction to give primary amine as required.
RCHO + LiAlH4 ---> RCH2OH
RCH2OH + SOCl2 ---> RCH2X
RCH2X +NH3 ---> RNH2
