- According to this act the land is transferred to the tiller who is tilling the land basically and could be the owner of the land.
- In this way government has provided many scopes for employment.
- With the help of this act government has tried to stop exploitation of the farmers by rich landlords and they have given the right own the land according to "land tiller act" or " land tenancy act".
