Yes it is right Transgenic mouse are used for safety of vaccines.

The oral live poliovirus vaccine (OPV) has been tested in mices . As only hierarch are sensitive to all three types of poliovirus.

The genetic engineering of transgenic mice receptive to poliovirus , took a study on neurovirulence test of OPV.

A WHO international study stated the type-3 OPV in 1993 and this research was completed in 1999. This study revealed a capatious data that the TgPVR21 mice, inject with OPV samples into the lumbar cord . And this test helped researchers well in the safety of vaccines project .

Vaccine safety for vaccine is to be effectively incorporated into people for various diseases such as typhoid, polio and much more.

At first, it is tested with some transgenic animals like nice for safety of vaccine to examine if it is dangerous for people.

The transgenic animals produce some biological products which are created by an incorporation of certain antitrypsin used for treating emphysema.
