I am 90% sure it is thai. I just started to learn it since september so...

But what I can see is khad,chan,peen,ttnmi

It can be about wind or air blowing and touching skin soft. Crying trees.

It should be. I am just 70% sure-The air was blowing and touching my skin softly. The trees were crying in autumn(because you can spot bimi rwng ใบไม้ร่ว)

I think it was from some thai author too! It was in beginners novel by Jamsai. It was still pretty hard.
