Answer:  A balanced chemical reaction is one in which the number of atoms on both sides of a chemical equation are same.

a) Pb(NO_3)_2(aq)+H_2SO_4(aq)\rightarrow PbSO_4(s)+2HNO_3(aq)

A double displacement reaction is one in which exchange of ions take place. The salts which are soluble in water are designated by symbol (aq) and those which are insoluble in water and remain in solid form are represented by (s) after their chemical formulas.

b) 2Al(s)+6HCl(aq)\rightarrow 2AlCl_3(aq)+3H_2(g)

A single replacement reaction is one in which a more reactive element displaces a less reactive element from its salt solution. Thus aluminium being more reactive than hydrogen can easily lose electrons as compared to hydrogen and result in the formation of aluminium chloride and hydrogen gas .
