Answer:

Transpiration is the loss of water, yet it is important for both plant and for the environment.

Explanation:

For plants: The loss of water from the plant is beneficial. The reason is, it causes a cooling effect in the plant. It is important, especially in a hot environment. In this condition, the plant’s temperature will automatically increase and transpiration will help them to lower the temperature. It transforms water from the soil to leaves.

For environment: In the case of an environment, the plant helps them to circulate water. It happens through transpiration. Plants stabilize many other water bodies on earth as well, with the help of transpiration.
