yes I agree with the statement because on land there may be traffic but in air no trafficso this reduce time of traveling and of time reduce the distance will be covered more faster

Yes I agree with the statement because while travelling by land the roads are not able to move inside houses or from factories so the roads are made from all over by using long ways while in air you can fly from over buildings and all that making the way shorter. To understand better check figure
