In our country the trees are revered in two methods and for two seperate reasons.

The two methods and reasons are:

1) Mental revering of trees:

Trees are always revered in our environment because they are the producers of our food and necessary oxygen for our survival.

2) Physical revering of trees:

The trees are also physically revered in our country because many trees are symbol of different religions in our country. (Banyan tree, Tulsi plants etc)
