Given⏩

∆ABC≈∆PQR

& AB=BC

AB=6cm

QR=10cm

To find ⏩

Perimeter of ∆ABC

formulas And result used⏩

  • Perimeter of a triangle= sum of all sides
  • If both triangles are congruent then their sides and angles are also equal.....(*)

Solution ⏩

In ∆ABC

AB=BC=6cm

In ∆PQR

QR = AC = 10 cm (by * )

So , by formula of perimeter of ∆

= 6cm+6cm+10cm

=22cm

Hence, perimeter of ∆ABC is 22 cm
