Answer:

AB:PQ = 5:4

Step-by-step explanation:

BY RATIO AREA THEOREM

AR ( ABC) /AR(PQR) = (AB/PQ)²

    25/16  = (AB /PQ)²

√25/16 =   AB /PQ

5/4 =AB /PQ

 THEREFORE AB:PQ =5 :4

 HOPE SO CORRECT AND HELPFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

✨It is given that \triangle ABC is similar to \triangle PQR.

◾We have,

ar ( \triangle ABC) : ar ( \triangle PQR) = 25 : 16.

◾AB and PQ are the sides of the respective triangles.

◾Therefore,

AB : PQ =  \sqrt {25} :  \sqrt {16}

= 5 : 4.

✨ Hence, the ratio of the side AB of \triangle ABC to the side PQ of \triangle PQR is 5 : 4.

➡️  <b>AB : PQ = 5 : 4. </b>

Done.. ✔️
