Circle touches PQ at A is already given "
PA = PB ( equal tangent)
=> PB = 5 cm
PR = PB + RB
=> 12 = 5 + RB
=> RB = 7 cm
RB = RC ( equal Tangent)
=> RC = 7 cm
QA = QC ( equal tangent)
=> QC = 4 cm
QR = QC + RC
= 4 + 7
= 11 cm
length of QR is 11 cm
