Try to connect the names with the typical names of each  state

West coast:-
Kandla in Gujarat
Mumbai in Maharashtra
Jawaharlal Nehru port in Maharashtra
Marmagao in Goa
New Mangalore port in Karnataka
Kochi in Kerala

East coast:-
Kolkata in West Bengal
Haldia in West Bengal
Vishakhapatnam in Andhra pradesh
Paradweep in Odisha
Chennai in Tamil nadu
Tuticorin in Tamilnadu

So learn all of them which are in the same state together.That way you just have to learn five from each.Also while learning Marmagao ,Learn it as Marmagoa .That helps you remember that it is in Goa.But dont write Marmagoa as your answer....All the best......
