There's no trick. I have tried to find out one myself, but couldn't find one. You gotta understand the concept, that's the only trick which can help you.

there are only two formulas. your job is to learn them and try to recognize the values given and substitute them in equation.
1st quickly note down everything that is given in the question. Suppose no. of molecules/atoms/ions are given represent them with N and use the formula n=N÷avogadro number.
avogadro no. can be rounded off to 6×10^23 if your teacher allows it.
it's easy once u solve many questions continuously.
