Yes, tricyclopropyl methyl carbocation is more stable than triphenyl methyl carbocation because the former shows bent resonance/sigma resonance which involves delocalisation of the igma electrons unlike the normal Pi electrons. In the latter case, the carbocation is stabilised due to normal resonance i.e delocalistaion of the pi electrons. Sigma resonance accounts for more stability. Hence the pattern
