In Triangle ABC

∠BAC=90-60

         =30°

∠ABC=90°

So, tanA=P/B=BC/AB

=>tan30°=1/√3=BC/60

=> BC=60/√3=20√3m

Thus, The distance between AB and CD is 20√3m.

And,AB^2+BC^2=AC^2

=>(60)^2+(20√3)^2=AC^2

=>3600+1200=AC^2

=>AC=√4800

=>AC=40√3 m.

In Triangle ACD

∠CAD=60-30

          =30°

Also,∠C=90°

So, tanA=P/B=CD/AC

=>tan30°=1/√3=CD/(40√3)

=>CD=40 m which is the height of the lamp post.

Thanks!!!
