trimethlamine is a good Lewis base whereas trisilylamine is a very weak Lewis base

We know that methyl is electron donating group or Lewis base ..in tri methylamine methyl attached to nitrogen donates an electron to nitrogen increasing its basicity relatively to trisilylamine
