Trucks and buses have double tyres in the rear end. why ?

Trucks and buses are 2 wheel drive that means, power from engine is directly supplied to the rear wheels and we know that trucks rear end is made to carry much weight so maintain everything i.e. power and weight, there are 2 wheel aat rear end.
