There is no true Nucleus in Bacteria since Bacteria have Prokaryotes, which basically do not have any well-defined nucleus. Instead there is a nucleoid region within their cytoplasm and the DNA present is that of a single molecule.

There is 70 S types of Ribosomes but all cell organelles are absent.
