This is true that if there is not a proper supply of blood to the brain then it will not work properly. The reason being that brain is the one and only organ which controls other organs and therefore, the blood pumped by the heart reaches to the brain first and that’s the reason why a person suffering from constricted arterioles is affected by brain disorder.
Brain needs a great amount of energy to work which is supplied by the blood and constricted arteriole leads to less supply of blood.
