Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!
___________________________
Firstly, let's learn the difference between Homogeneous and Heterogeneous:-
- Homogeneous mixture - These mixtures have constituents spread evenly across the whole mixture. Eg - Salt water, etc.
- Heterogeneous mixture - These mixtures don't have their constituents spread evenly throughout the mixture. Eg - sand water, etc.
Now, milk is a tricky one ! It seems to be homogeneous mixture but it is in fact a heterogeneous mixture. So, the answer would be "FALSE".
"False" is your answer !

Milk is a heterogeneous mixture, not a homogeneous mixture.
Homogeneous mixtures cannot be separated into its constituent compounds , but the heterogeneous mixtures can be separated.
Examples:
- Homogeneous mixture - water.
- Heterogeneous mixture - mixture of oil & water, blood, milk etc...
Hope this helps you.
