The phrase 'move to the court of law' means that right to go to the court to seek remedy for the infringement of legal right.
In case of violation of fundamental right one can directly move to high court or supreme court under article 226 and 32 of Constitution of India respectively. The cases filed against the state for violation of fundamental right in high court or supreme court is known as writ petition.
