it means always try again try and again try also n if u dont get ur destination soo dont cry because u try ur best for that u should happy and try it again so like i give an example of my life long a go i week in mathematics so i m not intrested in maths and also not in solve it but when my exam were come so i will try try and try n after that i get the solutions soo like this

'Try but don't cry' is a true statement.......

It means in life, the only secret to meet with success is to try and try.
No matter how many times you fail, you'll surely achieve your goal or desire if you just give it another try, and no use giving up.
Rather than crying, frowning and complaining about our goal and declaring it cannot be achieved by anyone, TRY!
EG: A girl was trying to make a portion to cure a disease......
She was quite into SCIENCE and loved it, though she didn't meet with ton of success.......
Another girl meanwhile, was trying to do the same thing......
She wasn't into SCIENCE that much and found it boring. 
Although, she was far better than the other girl in making portions and stuff....
The first girl worked for months and months and came across many disasters......
Since the other one had no interest, she didn't try with all her heart and declared it was impossible. She was forced to do it by her teacher, so she ws doing it.....
Meanwhile,, the first girl wasn't forced, but she did so......(in spite of the disasters she faced)
She finally achieved her goal for the 1st time and wasn't happy that she was complimented by many people.... 
But, happy that she had achieved her goal......and proved herself.....
