Cost Price of cycle = ₹700

Overhead Charges = ₹50

Solution

Total Cost Price = ₹(700+50) = ₹750

Selling Price = Cost Price × (100 + Profit % ÷ 100)

= 750 × (100+5 ÷ 100)

= 750 × (105÷100)

= 750 × 21/20

= ₹1575/2

= ₹787.5
