According to question

C. S. A. = 1/3 T. S. A.
=> 2 pi *r *h = 1/3 * 2 pi *r (h+r)
=> h = (h+r) / 3
=> 3h = h + r
=> 2h = r ----------------------(1)

Now,
TSA = 462
=> 2 pi *r * (h+r) = 462
=> 44*2h * 3 h /7 = 462
=> 2 * 6 h^2 /7 = 21
=> 12h^2 = 21 *7
=> 4 h^2 = 49
=> h^2 = 49/4
=> h = 7/2
=> h = 3.5 m

Radius = 7 m
Diameter = 14 m
