tsa of sphere is 4πr² but tsa of hemisphere is 3πr² instead of 2πr² how do you justify​

TSA of sphere is 4πr² but TSA of hemisphere is 3πr² instead of 2πr², this is so because 2πr² is only the CSA of the hemisphere, but 3πr², contains the bottom surface as well.
