let x be width
l= 2x-2
p=28
2((2x-2)x)=28
(2x2-2x)=28/2
2x2-2x=14
x=14

Let the breadth of triangle be x.
Then the length be 3x - 2.

Now, Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
=> 2(x+3x-2)
=> 2(4x-2)
=> 8x - 4

Now,
8x - 4 = 28
=> 2x - 1 = 7
=> 2x = 8
=> x = 4

3x - 2 = 3(4) - 2
= 12 - 2 = 10

Hence,length = 10cm and Breadth = 4cm.

Hope this helps!!!!!
