when we coined the term people as resource we took people as resource because humans on convert the things present in nature into resource and this ability of human to interact through nature and make natural thing as resource made them as resource.

it is done as whenever human convert natural thing into resource at that time it also becomes our resource we can simply understand as resource are the thing which utilise human need and at the time when human convert the natural thing into resource they on utilise the time of other humans and hence they become human resource
