______________

\huge\green{Given:-}

Volume of CO = 2litre

Volume of O2= 2 litre

\huge\orange{Solution:-}

Moles of CO = Volume in litre/Volume at STP

Moles of CO = 2/22.4

Moles of CO = 0.08 mol

Moles of O2 = 1/22.4

Moles of O2 = 0.04

\huge\red{Balanced equation :- }

2CO +O2 --------------------------------> 2CO2

It means that

2 moles of CO and 1 mole of O2 combine to form 2 moles of CO2

Then........

0.08 mole of CO and 0.04 Mole of O2 will combine to form 0.08 of CO2.

So.........

Volume of CO2 = Moles of CO2 × Volume at STP

Volume of CO2 = 0.08 × 22.4

\huge\blue{Volume of CO2 = 1.79litre}
