A turbo co-de is formed from the parallel concatenation of two co-des separated by an interleaver. The two enco-ders used are normally identical. The co-de is in a systematic form, i.e. the input bits also occur in the output. Enco-ders are recursive systematic convolutional co-des(RSC).
