Milk = C - 27 Litre

Water = 27 Litre

15 ltr of mixture is taken out and vessel is filled with water again.

Milk in 15  litre  =  15 * (C - 27)/C

Milk remained in Container   = C - 27  -  15 * (C - 27)/C

= (C - 27)(  1  - 15/C)

= (C - 27)(C - 15)/C

Milk %  = 100 *( (C - 27)(C - 15)/C)/C   = 71.11

=> 100 (C² - 42C + 405) = 71.11 C²

=> C² - 42C + 405 = 0.7111 C²

=> 0.2889C²  - 42C + 405 =  0

=> 0.2889C²  - 39C - 3C + 405 =  0

=> 0.2889C(C  - 135) - 3(C - 135) = 0

=> ( 0.2889C - 3)(C - 135) = 0

=> C = 135
