tv work on ac or dc? give reasons for ur answer


HarshAnand111: TV's: CRT's and even the modern day LED, LCD ones essentially runs on AC. They can run from an inverter as well if you have a DC source. There is inherent adapter/rectifier and filter inside a modern day TV set that converts AC to run the DC components inside TV's.

It works on AC source as it needs large power supply .
