\huge\bold{Answer-:}

Orsino is in love with the idea of being in love and is depressed about this, so when he says "if music be the food of Love play on" he is trying to cure his depression, and Shakespeare uses a metaphor about feeding love, that refers back to the "food of love".

Explanation:

Orsino's declaration of love to Viola suggests that he enjoys prolonging the pretense of Viola's masculinity. Even after he knows that Viola is a woman, Orsino says to her, “Boy, thou hast said to me a thousand times / Thou never should'st love woman like to me”
