let the no. be x.

we have: 20x

and

According to the question, x²-20x=96

x²-20x-96=0

x²-24x+8x-96=0

x(x-24) + 8(x-24)=0

(x+8)(x-24)=0

x can be -8 or 24.

Since the ques. says positive integer, the answer is 24.

Hope it helps
